Obama Knows All About Excess

April 10, 2012

Fresh from a pizza fund raising dinner at the home of the daughter of Little Caesars’ founders Mike and Marian Ilitch, which was on silver plates at some sky-high price per serving (need to back and check but I think it was ten thousand?) Obama heads to George Clooney‘s house for a $40,000 a plate dinner.

PS: Ditch Little Caesars and buy Dominics (conservative).

So, Obama does not worry about excess at the hands of his supporters? Maybe he should donate the money against the $6 TRILLION deficit he will accomplish in just 4 years. It’s in character, put other people’s money where HIS MOUTH is.

Maybe all that pizza on silver plates should have gone to the millions upon millions of poor starving people who Obama says have nothing to eat. Shame on you Obama – eating pizza off silver plates while ordinary Americans don’t even have bread for their table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, here is a note on it I found:

Exclusive: George Clooney to Host Obama Fundraiser

By LISA HIRSCH

April 10, 2012

ET can exclusively reveal that George Clooney is hosting a fundraiser for President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign — but there’s one thing he won’t do to help the president.

George Clooney Arrested

Clooney tells ET, “I’m proud to do whatever I can to support the President… as long as no one asks me to sing.”

Of course the singing reference brings to mind the president’s own, well-demonstrated singing talent that he has showed off at least twice in recent months.

Obama Can Sing! Did We Know This?

Clooney will host the president and about 150 supporters at the event on May 10 at his home in Los Angeles, California. If you think it will be cheap to get a chance to hobknob with an Oscar winner and a president, though, think again — tickets will run $40,000 each, with proceeds going to the Obama Victory fund, a joint fundraising committee of Obama for America, the Democratic National Committee and several state Democratic parties.
